An eruption of colour

After work, I drove up to Solalex and had a wander around with the camera. Already there are so many different varieties of flowers that are blooming. Each year I try to learn some names but they come and go so quickly over the summer months and then I forget.

The cows have just arrived in the pastures and are a bit frisky after being inside for the winter. A couple of young heifers kept following me but stopped every time I turned to look. It was like playing Bulldog with them. Then some of the big cows with horns took an interest (see extra) so I quickly climbed through the fence and back to the car park.
