Emergency late night cake.

Someone* forgot to publish the cake baking rota for the church cafe.  So I'm spending the evening slaving over a hot stove making one of my coffee and walnut sponges. Cake bit done, now on the icing. Any allotment time lost for the day.

Tomorrow is the first of 2 days of exam meetings this week. So glad I have dropped to just two papers this session.
