Field Day

But because of the rainy weather it was held inside. The teachers that put this event on did a great job moving the activities into the school. Our first was a scavenger hunt. You can see the kids are holding clipboards with pictures of the 3D printed objects that were hidden throughout the school. As we walked along they would check them off when they spotted them. It would have been nice walking through the wooded trail doing this but it worked.
And as you can see our purple and green tie dyed shirts came out really well. Each 2nd grade class had their own colors and it was fun when we were all together to see the different designs.
It was fun but I'm glad it's over. It can be challenging for some students when the normal routine is out of whack. I had to deal with a lot of behaviors today..
