The first salad from the allotment is a special thing. I treated the in-laws to share in the delights.

Later we wandered round Ssughton Park before we came home to make rhubarb and ginger jam for Edith, because she had collected jars for me, make the tea, sausages and onion gravy, because fil loves sausages and finally get the chiropody set up because mil needed her toenails cut.

Who knows what fun awaits tomorrow.
