Tomorrow i will drive down and stay the night with my daughter, then visit my Mother on Thursday, there has been another incident with a member of the night staff, not agency this time. Very distressing for her, she has not been bruised or roughly handled this time, quite the opposite, but she has been humiliated and demoralised.
