Bike ride

This morning I went to see a herbalist about my headaches. I was there talking for 2 hours came away feeling exhausted. She has said she can help me. Watch this space.
This afternoon we went for a bike ride down to Caversham Court sat in the sun.
This evening went to collect my herbals medicine.
