Three Fledgling House Finches

Three hungry babies watching and waiting for Mama House Finch to return with food for them on a cool drizzly day. I didn't get a shot of her feeding them, but I saw her tending to each one. A Jay scared them all off of the branch before I could make the photograph.

This day came in dark gloomy and very cool with drizzle.

All hands wouldn't mind some sun.
