Beach view

I managed to do a sprint cycle class this morning, the first for a little while. I did find it quite difficult but hopefully l will settle back into them.

Just after lunch l took a quick walk along the beach before a much needed podiatrist treatment. My feet certainly feel much better now.

After this l returned home and we quickly packed the car and headed off to our daughters early to help out with the childcare. We arrived just as our son in law returned home with our oldest grandson. He had been fairly sad at his childminders as the other Nanny had said goodbye to him but he was delighted to see us. His younger brother is still in his constant sleeping feeding burping routines with small periods of looking around. All seems well.
