Chariots of Fire

Fab day running the 5km on the West Sands recreating that iconic movie scene. Another great day out with fab friends, loads of laughs, a swim, a donut, an ice cream and breakfast and dinner out too! And my dodgy knee held out to run it all even if at snails pace.
