Spotted on A64

Trip to York this morning for my physio and later to have my clips out.
All went really well, physiotherapist put me through my exercises, happy with my progress so far and gave me some more challenging stuff to do, back again next week.
Slight problem with my wound a small section has not healed so she redressed it and will also see me next week.

Stopped off at the Toby for lunch lovely carvery.
