Collared Dove

I finally got around to cleaning the kitchen today, well I began the first side!  I did an hour's balsam bashing first as the plants are now growing quite tall and the window is fast closing when they can be pulled.  Back home it was Wordle over my morning coffee and then I could put off the cleaning no longer.  

It was very hot today so I couldn't have spent a great deal of time outdoors.  The Hobblers decided to walk instead of run as it was still too hot at the end of the afternoon and we had a good catch up whilst enjoying the shade of the St Ives Woodland.

After my bath I took a look out at the elder tree and spotted this late arrival waiting to go on to the feeding tray.
