Bee

Last bit of pollen,
in the last bit of sunshine.
A very Quick Blip.

Busy day! Ben and Mr KCNQ2Haiku were off school and work, so we drove up to the Eden Valley again.  Lovely day and lovely lunch, we would really like to find a proper base there one day.  There were some interesting elements, one was all the caravans at the sides of the country roads, from people travelling to the Appleby horse fair.  It was treacherous, there were teeny tots just running out into the road and so many little horse and carts just having fun riding up and down.  Then just when I thought the hazards had abated, there was a sheep and her lamb in the road.. and everything I tried to slowly drive around them just seemed to shepherd them further along in front of me!  Thought I would end up taking them back to Manchester with me :-) But eventually they turned up someone's drive.  Hopefully their own??!
Anyway, Ben has been pretty good, given the upheaval and Leo was very patient with us.  He's had a few good walks (courtesy of Mr KCNQ2Haiku) and now he's digging up my garden.  He seems to be taking it all in his stride :-/
I popped in the garden for a last quick blip and this little bee was hopefully sniffing away, in search of pollen.
