Fish Kebabs with Capers - Ottolenghi again
We're turning into Ottolenghi fiends... Tonight, instead of the usual haddock in breadcrumbs we opted for this dish which was very nice indeed, if a little messy (the fish cake mixture didn't hold together very well in the pan). The taste was divine though: the dill & caper flavours worked a treat. Felt bracingly healthy & inspiring!
