My manager allowed me to do a half day long 'Virtual Induction Day' from home and half complete other training.
I was quite successful, managed all of the above, cycled on my bike in the sunshine during lunch break.
Managed to assemble meringue I baked yesterday with whipped cream, cubed watermelon and fresh strawberries.
Managed to do something I was longing for a long time - food photography :)
