Samuel had a great day

There used to be a dog in the neighborhood named Lola. Lola loved me. Lola would come to the back of the house and call, loudly, for me. Romeo and Juliet had nothing on Lola. Lola's owners let me do an engagement shoot for them and then they got married and moved away. 

Samuel was a bit of a jerk to Lola back then but today, when we saw Lola, and her owners, Samuel was perfectly sweet. We all went on a really long walk. Samuel astonished with his health and energy. In this picture he is grinning because he's been sticking his head in her backpack looking for goodies.
