Immature bald eagle.

Just before I headed over to Mom and Dad's this morning I saw this young one in a tree outback.  Mom's birthday today, she is 87 today.  Dad is hanging in there, lots of pain.  Not able to get the x-ray today so hopefully early tomorrow morning.
