Coppice Pond

Found a pair of old worn walking boots in garage that were comfy over reduced foot dressing so walked up to St Ives and did lap of Coppice Pond - good catch up with fellow Bingley Walkers Are Welcome member SH on way home

Following instructions from Podiatrist afterwards removed dressing - wound practically healed - don’t need to travel to have professional dressings anymore - had first proper bath for 12 weeks - no need to wear waterproof foot covering - so pleased my life is slowly getting back to my normal
