Tea and homemade cakes this afternoon, and very nice they were too. A charity event put on by the young daughter (on the right) of a friend from craft group, as part of a campaign run by her school to raise funds for a local hospice. She had also made a selection of little bracelets. I bought a black and white one.  A beautiful afternoon, with some cloud, did some more pulling up of spent poppies when I got back...still hundreds to go!! That'll teach me, sprinkling seeds last autumn!
