Blossom of Quince

Last year, without really know what I was doing, I gave the quince a good talking to with my pruning sheers. It responded with very little blossom and less fruit. Which is maybe just as well because I would have no idea what to do with a quince fruit.

This year I have left it alone. It is responding with lots of blossom. And it gives me time to find out what you can do with the fruit.

I particularly like the blossom colour.
