Across The Spider-Verse

HOLY CHALUPA, Across The Spider-Verse is absolutely flippin' phenomenal. Just truly stunning visuals, top notch writing, brilliant performances. It's kinda knocked the wind outta me... And someone needs to give Daniel Pemberton a bunch of awards because shut the front door, the score is absolute fire. It's dramatic, percussive, expressive, synthy, powerful, downright rad, and completely, utterly perfect. Hats off to every animator who had a hand in the movie, too, as it is an absolute work of art; well worth a morning trip to Cineworld!

After the amazing movie, we popped to O'Neills for a spot of lunch (hello, delicious gammon and eggs), nipped into Worlds Apart where I snagged yet another TMNT figure, then went on a mini pub crawl towards our bus stop. If only every day could be a sunny-but-breezy Saturday.
