Two horse race

There were only two rafts entered in the annual raft race, there used to be dozens of them but insurance, health and safety rules and general apathy have culled them. Still at least there was a prize for the winner and the runner-up.

Earlier I'd had a long and exciting meeting in corporate land which could lead to a fun project and then splashed out on a new fancy racing bike which I obviously had to take for a spin in the evening drizzle - very exciting although those gears will take some getting used to and I'm now aching in new places.
