Tie Dye

Part of Friday morning was spent tie dying a bunch of shirts with the students, which was quite the process. In truth it could've gone a lot worse, but if I ever do it again I can think of several ways to make it go smoother. 

So part of today was spent rinsing out and washing everyone's creations. As I told the kids, "You never know how it's going to turn out and that's part of the fun." In other words, "Don't blame me if it doesn't look the way you want!"

Of course I made a shirt too, and I'm pleased with the result. We'll all wear them on Field Day, and hopefully the weather will cooperate.
