Highlights

The highlight of the day was a swim in Hampstead Heath’s Mixed Pond. A new place for EmCoops and I. It was smaller than I expected but it was strangely free - no toe float or swimming cap required and deep enough for diving. It was cold but I loved it.

Elbows came back from Tunisia late late.

I’m sure other things happened today but my mind’s a blank.
