Pipes and Drums....

A morning of this and that. When I went round all the cattle this morning,discovered some had flattened a fence and been out on the road,so had to go home for some stobs and staples and come back for a patch up job. Piercing the holes was a job as the ground so hard,so cheated when it came to melling in the stobs,and pushed them in part way with the tractor front loader.
Half an afternoon off as Littlemiss playing in the pipe band competition at Innerleithen, so went to watch with Mrs F . She is one of the tenor drummers.
It was very warm,so we all had to get an ice-cream each before we came home . Any excuse !
Didn't stay for the results as Littlemiss off to an 18th birthday party tonight in town,so another night of Dad's Taxis. Junior also off out with mates to watch the cup finals in the pub,so a night of Mum's Taxis too.
To make up for it there was a huge full moon when we were coming home. Unfortunately it won't show up well enough on my phone camera to Blip.
