The Sign That Confused Me

I saw this a few days ago and was baffled at why such odd rules were suddenly being enforced in the Gardens. It's for the concerts...

Had a night out with my colleagues today. Played pool which started with me missing every shot, then me potting the black instantly, to finally being somewhat decent. I even won a game (although my opponent potted the white after potting the black...)

My phone has no signal due to me cancelling my card so had no way of telling R what I was up to or when I was coming back. She worries about me!
