Schools Out

Finished for the Summer. Losing a lot of good teachers who are retiring. I intend to hang on for a while if I am able. I love the job and it is a way of life for me. We had a lot of people from Ukraine with us this year. It has been a very difficult time for them. They are anxious to get home and where they cannot return home they want to work and pay their way. One of the most worrying things for them is the fact that their families are in constant danger at home. Many have elderly parents who have refused to leave and this is very troubling  for them. There does not seem to be an end in sight yet to the war but hopefully it will happen soon.
