Silly Saturday in Streaky Bay

The fog was heavy until midday so you wouldn’t know you were on a beautiful bay. We drove into town to stock up on food and fuel. I happened upon this life size monster in the service station and thought it would be good to scare you for silly Saturday. Boo! 

We decided to go back to the caravan after buying books in the second hand shop and trying a trendy looking restaurant for a meal. They were burning some sort of incense or candles and it made it difficult to breathe. I often find that with intense perfumes and scents. So we walked out. Just up the road there was a van selling. Seafood.  We ordered a fish and chip meal for 2 and suddenly the fog lifted and we returned to the jetty and ate our meal.

The afternoon was really warm and I sat in the sun and finished another book.
