100 days
Today marks the day that I am 100 days without alcohol, which is really a milestone.
I used to drink way too much, and no one noticed. It also really became a habit, and even in my work it is 'normal' to drink during a concert or performance, especially afterwards. For me there was no limit after the first beer, it felt like all or nothing. So nothing it is.
But I don't miss drinking. Another advantage is that I have much more energy, go to bed earlier and get up rested. And when I am tired, I am tired from doing a lot, and not from alcohol anymore.
I may soon perform at the 'Day of the Composer' together with a flutist friend, and here you can see me recording some ideas.
