Half marathon training going well ( ish )

Only spanner in the works all day was someone at work suggesting we get George Galloway in when we rebrand our services.

Luckily we have no chance of this happening , our service is in the heart of his constituency and he never assumes any kind of presence where he is elected to serve.

You know those days when your blip and your blip title aptly sum up all that has gone on in your day .... this isn't one of them !
