Rain

I've been uncomfortably hot at work this week and found it depressingly draining. Everything has felt dried out, a feeling exacerbated by the smokey haze making it way down the coast from the wildfires outside Halifax. So it was a welcome relief to watch the clouds roll in and hear the rain start, then sit in the cool evening air and watch lightning from the porch.
