The museum cafe with it all....

Too many distractions at home today (I didn't head off today - not needed until tomorrow) so I took my self off for some leave and quiet!

The cafe up at the museum of army flying is usually very sedate and peaceful..... What is great about it is that you can be sat outside having a cuppa (see bottom picture) on the tables or on the balcony tables (see view from top picture) and real in service helicopters come past you as the taxi in and out of the apron in front of No3 hanger.

Today there was lots of aircraft manoeuvring going on.....Lynx Mk7s, Lynx Mk9s, Squirrels, Griffins and Apaches all put in an appearance or three.... It made concentrating a little bit cheeky!

Now off to the gym or run in the rain to clear my headache!
