Chapel on St Ives Bridge

Cyclist veers slightly off course (probably startled by random blipper) as he passes in front of the chapel. (One of only four in the country to be incorporated onto a bridge apparently - dating back to 1428)
Another crap day weather wise....were we just unlucky in the east?
