I was awake at 5 but thought that was a ridiculous time to be up and wandering. I rolled back to sleep to wake at 8 feeling no more enthused. 

I went out on my deck to admire the beautiful morning, checked my laptop, then retired to my recliner where I expect to spend most of my day. Nothing feels right. Even my home-brewed coffee doesn't taste good this morning. 

I will putter at home. I've started next week's batch of quilted hearts. I took a look into my button container to see what goes with what. It will be a very low mileage day for me. 

*I took these 'photos' on my cell phone using the Paper Artist app. This effect is called watercolor. It looks as blotchy as I feel today.
