Spotted this about 2 miles from my house.

I hope everyone involved is OK.

They are resurfacing the road the cheap way with wet tar and gravel on top.
There are 10mph speed limit signs everywhere but people are barely going under the National Speed Limit which it normally is on this road.

Somebody learnt a valuable lesson about driving on loose stuff.
