Knee deep

That's a lot of pollen.
Summer temperatures returned at last today.
I did a little very light work in the garden.
The shingles symptoms feel as if they're easing a bit, but I'm wary of getting my hopes up too soon. With luck, the antiviral tablets are beginning to work. 
Meanwhile, Richard has been shopping, cooking and looking after Ruth and Josh's cats. 
To my total bemusement, the front page of the online BBC website still seems to be dominated by the story of a morning TV show host and the affair he recently had.  Meanwhile, in other news... Ukraine? climate breakdown? rail strikes? cost of living?  etc.
