Energy

Will spent the day at football club - five hours of playing football with the soooo happy and cheerful boys of Brighton and Hove Albion, he had a great day. But apparently still has the energy to run like a lunatic round the living room.

I have dedicated the day to cleaning. Well a few hours anyway. I swear if I didn't have to go to work this house would be the most spotless place like evah. I did employ helpers though - Daisy and Esja tidied and hoovered Will's room for cold hard cash. It was win-win. And no sooner than I had paid them then they were straight round to the Spar to get rid of their money asap.

Sometimes I wish I was 11 again. Or 6. Either looks like quite good fun. Tomorrow my lovely Hannah arrives plus her gang. Always good fun so maybe I can stay at my own advanced age.

Edit: One year ago the roses were in full bloom! There are lots of buds at the moment but nothing approaching an actual flower!
