Swim #20

An early, grey, cool swim with A and J.
Brunch and a chat at The Beach House with J.
An Able Futures session, always interesting, always things which are tricky to hear, always things to think about.
Then A came and we went on a drive to the Borders to pick something up, we also had a chippy.
Quite a day.
