The Price of Fish

Started on thinking about our pricing for next year.  

The international Energy Profiteering, oh, sorry, Crisis is shifting the balance somewhat.  Traditionally, accommodation would be cheaper in the colder months, but now that heating is a massive proportion of our costs that is no longer making much sense.  We're not yet moving to a completely flat cost across the year - but moving that way.

There has been much spreadsheetiness today.
