Sapphire

I went over to my eldest daughter’s today to assess the effects of ‘no mow May’, or rather, no mow 2023! The grass is rather high but there are some lovely wildflowers growing in it. It also happens to be the one year anniversary of my daughter adopting Sapphire, I think she likes the long grass. I cut back a bit of grass using hand shears, to see what plants have overwintered in the border that I planted last year then suggested it might be a good idea to buy a strimmer and I may return to help out then!
