From a large puddle …

….. ….. ….. at Lake Hayes, to Coronet Peak.
It must have poured last night but I didn’t hear it, in spite of a restless night. There’s another image in Extras, of the Lake Hayes track heading eastward, looking up the Arrow Gorge towards Mt Cardrona.

Missy & I walked along the north side of the lake, before heading back to the Village for Craft Group. Many jobs happened in between before I met up with a friend from Finland with her dog Veiko, and we walked along the Arrow River for a bit, and then had a coffee sitting outside under a verandah roof, with an outdoor heater above us, while the rain came down. We’d missed it! Great timing.
