Slash removal

Slash is the debris that is left once the log harvesting is completed and has been problematic in the recent storms we have had throughout the country where the "Slash" has washed down and built up under bridges.
As can be seen in the Blip the helicopter has a grab and has selected some slash to take to the top of the tree line what they will do with is there is unknown!

This will have been an expensive operation as the helicopter has been there most of the day.

A beautiful first day of winter but it seems it is to be a little down hill from here with temperatures cooling and rain forecast.
