MATERNITY WARD

For several years now, a pair of
MOURNING DOVES have explored my patio cover for a nesting site. This year, they
finally built a nest & now a chick is born.
Earlier, both parents & the chick were snuggled up, together.

They must have sent a memo to the avian
world, because there are 2 other nests
under my patio cover, now.
