Clear and calm

... sea for my swim with friends this morning. We have a strong NE wind which is blowing the sea 'flat' and we are sheltered from it on the beach.... win, win!
An impromptu lunch at a outdoor bistro by the river at Newhaven with R (Turkish sharing board). A mooch and food shopping in Lewes then ladies tennis training. Great day.... time to zzzz.
