This year’s peek in the greenhouse

In the absence of anything else remotely interesting. A grey, cold morning gave way to a brighter afternoon that was short lived as around 5.00pm the lowering clouds returned, the wind picked up and it became very unpleasant indeed on our evening walk.

Installation of the boiler and association work was duly completed and very good it looks too. Neat pipe work and a very tidy engineer who cleared everything up at the end. He was someone recommended on our local Facebook community page and an excellent recommendation.

Hoping that the new system will be far more efficient than the ancient boiler. Other blippers have said we will notice the difference. Coupled with new windows we hope to be much cosier next winter.
