Wolf and potato news

Not often you’d put wolves and potatoes together. On the potato front I dug a plant from the polytunnel. Enough lovely spuds for a meal. Very tasty.

Day marred by proper arrival of hay fever. Did some strimming this morning and then v short of breath after. Horrible feeling. Will need to use mask from now on or let heat dry grasses out. A very moist May has not helped.

Gianni next door tells me they bought a couple of wildlife camera traps. Have seen ‘ una decina di lupi’ - ten or thereabouts wolves, one with a tiny wild boar piglet. Just as well we don’t have livestock.
