Dumping ground

Shortcut to Supermarket which is a carpark.
That trolley was dumped there weeks ago .I intended pushing it over but didn't so since then it's been filled with rubbish.The grass never gets cut by the council so it's a mess.
A while ago some volunteers were litter pickers but must have given up.
Later on went to choose new glasses..I nearly died at the price but need them as I can hardly see.(exaggerating a bit)
