Dialect

This is a back Blip as I been anyway today.  Boiler was service and then the dishwasher was repaired.  Moths flew out of my wallet!!! After the shock I rested as told to do and do specific exercises for my knee to strengthen muscles.
This photo was taken from Platform 1 looking across to Platform 2.  People make an effort to 'smarten' up their stations but this has been at Penrith for years.  The gate represents gates in the Lakes (being closed and not open!) Also there are sheep representing Herdwicks, Cumbrian dialect-counting to ten and flowers. There is reference to Beatrix Potter's stories, eg Peter Rabbit.  Local schoolchildren have been involved.  I think this is a very good effort and hope you agree.
