Wet Cobwebs

Almost and EB.  I was taking Biskit for his afternoon amble in the fields behind us when I realised that I hadn’t got a blip.  The wet cobwebs were at my feet so there you go.
 
The day got lost in signing up to be the lad’s ‘guarantor’  as he is having to move rentals – victim of the proposed updated Section 21 regulations.
 
Hopefully he will get a flat in the same block, but the intrusive rigmarole with proving your status compared to 10 years ago is a nightmare, especially when the agency insists on using one of these ‘checking companies’ – ‘The Lettings Hub’ in this case.  Anyone know them?
