Ferrol

A travelling day - a pilgrimage may be all about where you're headed too but you've still got to get to the place you start from. So we flew to Santiago de Compostela, took a bus to the station and then another to Ferrol, from where we start the Camino Ingles tomorrow morning, bright and early. This is the view from our smart digs at the Parador, up on the hill above the port. We checked out the start point in advance, visited the Semana Santa Museum and ate a pleasant dinner in the slightly stuffy surroundings of the Parador restaurant.
