Florist

We are spending a lot of money at the florist!  Firstly, it was for my good friend Carol who had to have a back operation, and is still recuperating.  She's a bit older than me, and equally as fit, and I couldn't believe it when she said she had to use a zimmer frame!!  And she still isn't allowed to drive.  To say she is simmering would be an understatement.

Then the 103 year old mother of my best friend in the UK sadly passed away - that was, at least, expected, and we had the sheer joy of connecting with her when we visited a few weeks ago.

Now today - the wife of our Liaison Ranger in the Belair NP had a breast cancer diagnosis, and is just out of hospital after a mastectomy.  They have two very young children. and so we were devastated to hear the news.  Hopefully she will recover well, and will soon be up and about again.
